The Altus Gang, refers to FSB Bancorp Altus, a bank holding company, and some 20 subsidiaries including First State Bank Altus; that existed as of January 2009, when the FDIC issued the Cease and Desist Order against First State Bank of Altus, Altus, Oklahoma; and order an audit.

In February 2009, the Federal Reserve Board issued a second Cease and Desist Order against FSB Bancorp and Affiliates.

The audits were completed in July 2009 and the FDIC seized First State Bank of Altus, Altus, and the bank was taken over by Herring Bank, Amarillo, Texas.

An investigation ensued. There were numerous issues that remain unresolved and presumed that at the time were part of the investigation. There was no investigation. There were debtor issues that forced Quartz Mountain Aerospace, Inc., to file for bankruptcy.

FSB Bancorp is the holding company for a variety of investment-related entities, including:

• Bank providing fake loan documents to claim as investments.
