|4/22/2010||Oklahoma Tax Commission emails shows Chaparral Energy and one of its subsidiaries Calumet Oil Co were swapped $30 million gross production tax refunds for the $30 million (counterfeit) tax credits. The OTC also show Altus Ventures received $60 million gross production tax refunds for its $60 million (counterfeit) 2006 tax credits.
