A group of officials and securities salesmen connected with the bankrupt Oklahoma City firm Vulcan Oil & Gas Corp. has consented to a permanent injunction against future violations of state securities law, the Oklahoma Securities Commission reported Tuesday.
The men are Joe Rod Fancher, Reginald Fancher, Randall Fancher, James H. Thomas, Thomas R. Cook, Mike Sims, Dale L. Chisum, Scott B. White and Duane Hames. In effect, they agreed they would not violate securities laws, said Securities Commissioner P. David Newsome Jr. The commission earlier had charged the men with a variety of wrongdoings, ranging from selling unregistered securities, failing to register as an agent, making untrue statements and trying to defraud Oklahoma investors.
Joe Rod Fancher, Reginald Fancher, Thomas, Cook, Chisum and White also consented to the entry of an order requiring return profits obtained from any improper securities dealings connected with Vulcan or Vulcan Oil Field Services Inc. to Vulcan trustee Paul A. Puttroff.
Joe Rod Fancher, Reginald Fancher, Randall Fancher and Thomas were the principals in Vulcan. Cook was the corporation's general counsel, and Sims, Chisum, White and Hames were salesmen for the firm. BIOG: NAME:
