The lack of organization, over redacting (whiting out), and duplication, is a challenge. Emails were received over a 2 month period, February 26 to April 30, 2010. It would appear copies were made on a user mailbox basis. Multiple recipients account for duplications. Duplications were beneficial since they were not redacted the same.
