Altus Venture used Quartz Mountain Aerospace as the business venture or target company to scam $66 million in tax credits to pay $2 in every $1 it promisied investors for investing in QMA. In return for the investment Altus Venture received controlling interest in QMA, control of the board directors and control of the company.
